IMH may ask for dimensions, photos, drawings, equipment details, structural information, or a site review before a responsible scope can be developed.

That may be a budget discussion, field measure, engineering review, service visit, or more complete quotation process.

Do I need finished drawings before contacting IMH?

No. A sketch, photos, approximate route, load information, and the plant goal are useful starting inputs. Clearly label dimensions or decisions that are not yet confirmed.

Can IMH review an existing system modification?

Yes. Include the current system type, manufacturer if known, affected route, operating problem, desired change, available shutdown window, and photos of the surrounding structure and equipment.

What should be included for a powered hoist monorail?

Describe the lifted load, pickup and placement points, lift height, route, destinations, required independent movement, control expectations, available support conditions, and installation constraints.
