Slat conveyors are available in straight or curved sections and can be adapted for horizontal transport, incline/decline movement, or complex routing through multiple workstations.

Slat Types & Custom Configurations

Pressed or fabricated slats: For general industrial applications, available in chain pitches from 50mm to 304.8mm.
Apron slats: Overlapping steel slats attached via K-type chain fittings, ideal for containing spillage or irregular material flow.
Piano hinge slats: Interlocking slats for maximum load support and a smooth conveying surface. Available in chain pitches from 38.1mm to 304.8mm.
Chain-edged rubber belts: Steel crossbars support rubber belts for applications needing quiet or gentle handling, with chain pitches from 38.1mm to 228.6mm.
Flat plate, roller, rotating, and tipping slats: Specialty slat styles for handling unstable, awkward, or directional loads.
