01 / PROCESS PLANNINGPowder line
Powder coating is a strong fit for conductive metal parts that can tolerate the selected coating’s bake cycle, including steel frames, aluminum components, equipment guards, brackets, and electrical enclosures. It is especially useful for recurring part families that need a durable protective or decorative finish. Part geometry, grounding, pretreatment, and coating chemistry guide the final selection.
02 / PROCESS PLANNINGLiquid paint line
Liquid paint is a strong fit for large fabrications, assembled machinery, and parts requiring a specified liquid primer or topcoat. Heat-sensitive assemblies can benefit from a suitable ambient-cure coating when a conventional powder bake is impractical. Coating chemistry, substrate, appearance, exposure, and repair requirements determine the best process; some liquid coatings still require baking.
03 / PROCESS PLANNINGE-coat line
E-coat is a strong fit for conductive metal components with complex shapes, accessible recesses, and demanding corrosion requirements, such as automotive brackets, stamped assemblies, and agricultural equipment components. Parts must accept immersion, drain properly, make reliable electrical contact, and tolerate the selected bake cycle. E-coat is often used as a primer beneath a compatible powder or liquid topcoat.
