01 / THE PRODUCTION GOAL

We handle the coordination that connects the system.

IMH handles timeline planning, integration management, and interface requirements as part of the agreed systems engineering scope. We translate the production goal into coordinated equipment and installation responsibilities, with open decisions tracked before they become field conflicts.

02 / SCOPE & APPROACH

Turn the goal into a considered plan.

01 / ENGINEERING

Timeline planning

Develop milestones for design decisions, approvals, procurement, fabrication, site readiness, installation, and commissioning. Identify dependencies and long-lead items, coordinate shutdown windows, and track the impact of changes on the plan.

02 / ENGINEERING

Integration management

Coordinate equipment suppliers and project stakeholders around system handoffs and responsibilities. Maintain an integration action list, resolve open technical questions, manage scope changes, and plan coordinated testing and handover.

03 / ENGINEERING

Interface requirements

Define mechanical clearances, loads, mounting and support points, transfer elevations, carrier geometry, electrical supply, control signals, communications, interlocks, utility demands, and responsibility at each equipment boundary.

03 / PROJECT INPUTS

Start with the facts that shape the system.

Share the system layout, equipment list, supplier drawings, controls architecture, utility requirements, production and shutdown constraints, customer specifications, and the parties responsible for engineering, installation, and acceptance.

Outputs & assumptions

Integration deliverables can include an interface register, responsibility matrix, milestone schedule, coordinated layout, and test or acceptance plan. Confirm each supplier’s scope, required input, approval responsibility, and acceptance criteria before detailed implementation.
