Pallet Conveyor Technologies
- Chain Driven Live Roller (CDLR): Durable and high-capacity, ideal for moving loaded pallets through rugged or oily environments. Available in straight runs, curves, and pop-up transfer zones.
- Drag Chain (Multi-Strand): Perfect for pallets or skids that don’t run well on rollers. Chains run beneath the load to ensure smooth transport with minimal jostling or backpressure.
- Gravity Roller Conveyors: Non-powered and cost-effective, using decline angles and manual movement to convey pallets. Great for staging and accumulation zones.
- Pop-Up Transfers & Turntables: Redirect pallets at right angles or reorient for downstream processes. Controlled, gentle transitions protect both product and equipment.
