Define the facility and project requirements.
Government and defense-related projects can carry specific requirements for equipment, documentation, site access, information handling and acceptance. Identify those requirements before the scope is finalized.
IMH can review crane, conveyor and industrial installation needs around the load, operating process, facility layout and required project responsibilities.
Plan the material movement.
Start with the load, lift height, route or coverage, operating duty, support structure and equipment interfaces. Maintenance bays, parts movement and production areas may require different handling arrangements.
- Load dimensions, weight and required positioning
- Crane coverage or conveyor route
- Building and support information
- Power, controls and trade interfaces
- Access requirements and installation window
Agree restricted requirements before sharing information.
Discuss any required handling restrictions with IMH and obtain a written agreement before sending restricted project material. A website inquiry does not itself establish security clearance, a nondisclosure agreement or specialized information-handling arrangements.
Equipment specifications, testing, acceptance and documentation responsibilities should be stated in the agreed project scope.
