Plan removal and placement as one sequence.

The published scope describes dismantling and removing the existing equipment, then staging the replacement cranes around available plant access and rigging paths.

Account for the existing facility.

The installation scope included field modifications, crane setting, and runway coordination. Existing dimensions and interfaces shaped the work in each bay.

Connect mechanical and electrical work.

Mechanical installation and electrical integration were part of the published project scope. The crane, hoist, power, and controls interfaces needed to be considered within the overall replacement plan.

Proof in the work.

IMH replaced two 15-ton double-girder and two 10-ton single-girder bridge cranes. IMH’s original project account reports equipment removal, field modifications, electrical integration, alignment, operational testing, and commissioning. The photographs document removal and installation; they do not establish acceptance-test results.

A replacement inherits the site. Review access, removal, staging, runway interfaces, and power alongside the new equipment.
