The conveyor and paint process, together.

IMH designed, fabricated, and installed an overhead conveyor integrated with an RTT paint system. The equipment combines Unibilt-style enclosed track, chain-driven four-wheel trolleys, custom loadbars, fabricated support steel, and controls.

Track and carriers.

The enclosed-track route uses chain-driven four-wheel trolleys and custom loadbars to carry parts through the painting process.

Fabricated supporting steel.

The blue beams and yellow columns support the conveyor around the finishing equipment. The gallery also shows components staged before assembly.

Booth and controls integration.

The conveyor, controls, and paint-system interfaces formed part of IMH’s connected design, fabrication, and installation scope.

From staged steel to the overhead route.

Five photographs connect the early installation area with the assembled track, support frame, and connection details.

Plan the carrier and the process together.

This conveyor connects custom loadbars, supporting steel, controls, and an RTT paint system. Those interfaces belong in the layout review together, because the part must travel through the process as well as around the building.
