From system design through commissioning.
This completed legacy project brought an inverted power-and-free conveyor into production in Aurora, Indiana. IMH’s responsibility covered the full scope: designing the system, building it, installing it in the facility, and commissioning the completed conveyor.

- Commissioning of the completed system
A complete system scope.
Design, build, installation, and commissioning were handled as one project, connecting the planned conveyor arrangement with the equipment on the production floor.
The inverted arrangement.
The photographs show metal components supported above the blue conveyor track, with carrier positions following straight sections and curved returns.
Around the production work.
The route passes through process openings and alongside workstations. The archive includes both wide layout views and closer views of the carriers at those interfaces.
